New roles in Operations and Marketing to provide better support for key accounts, logistics, and customer experience.

[GOLDEN, COLORADO, March 30, 2023] - Feedback Sports, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Kristyn Wade, Tyler Henderson, and Mike Richardson to the staff in Golden, Colorado. Made in rapid succession during the first quarter of the year, these hires represent the company's commitment to providing exceptional support and service for all stakeholders during a dynamic time when new product introductions and logistical adjustments are the norm.

"Things are moving quickly around here," said company President Jeff Nitta. "It's outstanding because we have multiple new products being introduced this season. And by staffing up in Operations and Marketing, we are positioning our team to provide the best brand experience at every level, for our distributors, dealers, and end users," he concluded.

Joining Feedback Sports at the end of January as Customer Service Manager (and resident barista), Kristyn Wade (she/her) brings a deep affinity for community building and grassroots involvement. As a graduate from the University of Houston, Bauer School of Business, Kristyn began her career in the coffee industry with organizations including CherryRoast and Rocky Mountain Craft Coffee Alliance. With a deep-rooted love of track and endurance riding, she emerged to lead several grassroot bike initiatives such as FWOD Denver, Denver Bike Gang, and Red Tent Gravel and continues to advocate for diversity and inclusion in the cycling community.

Colorado native, single-speed racer, and veteran cycling industry marketer Tyler Henderson joined Feedback sports in early March as the Ecommerce and Activation Manager. With over ten years of industry experience at brands such as SCOTT Sports and Niner Bikes, Henderson will supplement the marketing department, driving efforts to optimize athlete sponsorships, social media, events, and ecommerce.

Mike Richardson joined the company as Customer Logistics Manager on March 20th, having worked previously as Sales Support/Quality Incident Management for Gates Carbon Drive. A graduate of United Bicycle Institute and Azusa Pacific University, Mike's background includes logistics and management experience at Trek Travel, distributor accounts, and IBDs. Richardson is a fixture in the Colorado grassroots and ultra cycling communities and an advocate for improved infrastructure in the Front Range.

"Obviously, these talented individuals will contribute greatly to their respective departments," said Nitta. "They also enhance our company culture which is vitally important. The diverse and deep affinity for the sport they all share is critical to maintaining our cohesion, especially as a small company moving at a fast pace," he added.
