Asheville, NC-

Cane Creek Cycling Components is excited to announce the expansion of its Internal Sales Group (ISG) and welcome two new leaders who will spearhead Research and Development and Supply Chain Teams. The strategic decision to reinforce the ISG team comes as part of Cane Creek's commitment to better support riders, bike shops, and dealers across the US.

Last year Cane Creek hired for the first time in nearly a decade an outside sales representative to engage local bike shops in the Southeast. With some validating feedback, Cane Creek has expanded upon their Outside Sales Rep's success by reorganizing their internal sales group to support a national network of bike shops and dealers. "Despite the omnipresence of screens these days, we see more and more riders wanting to speak with attentive humans. So we have built a new bigger and better ISG team of Cane Creek experts that are thrilled to help riders find solutions and improve their rides," said Brent Graves, CEO and President of Cane Creek.

Cane Creek is proud to introduce Stephanie Bush, who joins as the new Supply Chain Leader, and Lev Weschler, assuming the role of Engineering Manager. Both Stephanie and Lev bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the Cane Creek team. Their appointments underscore the company's dedication to streamlining development and sourcing processes. "Providing riders the best experience that we can goes beyond our frontline ISG team. Efficiently managing our development and sourcing processes means getting products to riders sooner. To that end, we recently added Lev Wechsler and Stephanie Bush to lead our R&D and Supply Chain teams. Both bring experience and skills along with a desire to build on our 48-year legacy," said Brent Graves, President and CEO of Cane Creek.

Cane Creek is confident that these strategic additions to its leadership team and renewed focus with its ISG team on supporting bike shops will drive innovation and growth within the company.
