Irvine, CA – 5/2/2025 – The National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) is calling upon bicycle retailers across North America to participate in the second annual survey aimed at assessing E-bike System Suppliers. As the E-bike category continues its rapid expansion, fostering strong relationships with suppliers becomes more critical than ever. Feedback gathered from retailers will play a pivotal role in evaluating the competency, quality, products, and service provided by E-bike system suppliers.

The survey, comprising just 12 questions, has been carefully designed to be completed in under five minutes. Participants will be asked to provide insights on various aspects including overall impressions, reliability, product quality, repair service, training, and maintenance.

"We understand the vital role that E-bike system suppliers play in the success of our industry," said Heather Mason, Executive Director of the NBDA. "Retailers' experiences and perspectives are essential to building a stronger marketplace, and through this survey, we can identify key strengths and areas for improvement to better support the growth of the E-bike sector."
