After years of fueling Boulder on Pearl Street, the brand has relocated and reimagined its cafe as a full-service restaurant that brings its core philosophy to life through real food, human connection, and performance-minded hospitality.
"Sports nutrition isn't just about what you tear open mid-ride or mix into your bottle. It's also about what you serve at the table and who you share it with," says founder and renowned sports physiologist, Dr. Allen Lim. Located at 1245 Alpine Avenue, Boulder, CO, the new restaurant and flagship store offers a robust menu of healthy food options from snacks to meals, a coffee bar, and complimentary Skratch Sport Hydration Drink Mix on tap. Expanded hours now include dinner service Friday through Sunday, along with plans for community events, expert talks, group rides, and runs starting from the store.
