NieuwsFiets Media & Events has launched a new initiative. Following the success of the local B2B bicycle trade fair B2B FESTIVAL, it will now organize a completely new international trade show. From October 6–8, 2027, this event aims to become the alternative OEM Meeting Point for the entire bicycle industry: CycleExpo Amsterdam.
The event is organized in close cooperation with Libéma, owner of Expo Greater Amsterdam, and stand builder Decoriginals, the same partners who contributed to the success of the B2B FESTIVAL. With CycleExpo Amsterdam, NieuwsFiets Media & Events is targeting a completely different audience: the OEM business.
The goal of this new three-day industry event is to create a new alternative meeting point for the global bicycle industry, located in the backyard of Schiphol Airport, making it extremely easy to reach. The event will take place at EXPO Greater Amsterdam in Vijfhuizen, just 16 km from Schiphol Airport. From the airport, a bus runs to CycleExpo Amsterdam every seven minutes, making it particularly accessible for international visitors. In addition, Amsterdam city centre can be reached within half an hour and offers a wide range of hotels and entertainment venues. Ideal for exhibitors who want to organize something special for their business partners.
