Organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), the Taipei International Cycle Show shifts from its traditional March timing to new fall dates for 2018. It opens to trade visitors only on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. It's not open to general public and children under 12. On Nov. 2 and 3, the show is open to trade visitors and general public.
