BMC-Switzerland - Customer Service Representative

This role is responsible for supporting every layer of our customer base, whether it’s our internal customers, our retailers, or our riders.

• Process orders from all channels, Retailers, B2B, Click and Collect
• Ensure all emails and phone calls are returned, within 24 hours
• Collaborate with our Operations Manager on warranty processing and evaluation
• Maintain a calm and collected attitude with staff, retailers, and consumers
• Process Zendesk replies and provides support to our riders
• Technical/Mechanical acumen is a plus!
