Inside Sales Reps

As an Inside Sales rep you will:
- Assist your Territory Managers in accomplishing sales targets in your territory
- Proactively contact dealers by phone and email to ensure dealers are aware of programs and promotions and establish relationships with dealers in your territories
- Assist dealers in your territory who have product questions or need to place orders
- Be knowledgeable about the products in HLC’s portfolio
- Keep a database of notes on accounts to better understand HLC’s customer’s needs
- Work closely with your Territory Managers to craft the sales strategy for their territories
- You will report directly to one of our Regional Sales Managers and also receive guidance and feedback from your Territory managers.
- Eastern reps will be based in Lexington, SC and Western reps will be based in Sparks, NV.
Skills needed:
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to think outside the box for creating sales initiatives
- Strong understanding of MS office programs
- Positive mental attitude
- Previous bicycles sales/service experience is helpful but not necessary
