(BRAIN) — Gruppo SRL, the parent company of Cinelli, announced on Dec. 30 that is has decided to terminate its distribution agreement with Cyclone Bicycle Supply for the United States market, effective immediately.

Last July, Asobi Ventures, a Texas-based investment group, said it had bought a majority share of Gruppo SRL, which is the parent of Cinelli and the Columbus frame tubing brands.
