LOUISVILLE, Colo. (BRAIN) — The Pro's Closet has donated $43,300 in bikes and cash in support of victims of the Marshall Fire, which burned 6,026 acres and destroyed more than 900 structures in Superior and Louisville in December.

The amount surpassed the certified pre-owned bike company's goal of $25,000.

A total of 147 bikes — at a cost of $26,300 — were donated to Basecamp Collective, including more than 100 16- and 20-inch kids bikes and dozens of adult hybrid bikes from TPC's inventory of Giant and Liv models.

Monetary donations were made to the Boulder County Community Foundation with $10,000 from allocating $100 of the sale price from TPC bike purchases, and $7,000 from matching employee donations ($3,500 from employees and $3,500 from TPC).
