(BRAIN) — Northwave released its Razer off-road shoe designed for adventures spanning from gravel, XC, bikepacking, and touring. It features a XC 10 sole, dual-layer TPU upper, and X-Dial SLW3 closure system with Velcro strap.
The XC 10 sole has a stiffness index of 10 — based on a scale of up to 15 — according to Northwave. The strategically placed TPU inserts aid in traction and durability, according to the brand, while the TPU upper wraps the foot and promotes ventilation. A silicone lining on the heel prevents slipping while pedaling, according to Northwave.
The X-Dial closure system allows for micrometric adjustments and the Velcro strap for a personalized fit.
The Razer is available in three colors, a women-specific model, and in sizes 36 to 48. The suggested retail price is 169.99 euros ($197.84).
