NBDA to Award Scholarships at Summit

COSTA MESA, CA (BRAIN)—To support industry efforts for future federal funding of bicycling projects in America, the NBDA will once again award scholarships to member dealers who attend the 2009 National Bike Summit, March 10 - 12 in Washington, D.C.

Twenty-five dealers will be awarded grants up to $1,000 for expenses related to the event. Primary qualifications are that a dealer store has not participated at a previous National Bike Summit, the dealer must be a current member of the NBDA, and an online scholarship application must be received by January 16, 2009.
