Sette Bikes Hires Four Employees

LOS ANGELES, CA (BRAIN)—Sette Bikes has hired four new employees including Matt Dashiell as director of product development and brand management.

An industry veteran, Dashiell has more than 30 years of racing BMX, triathlons, road bikes and MTB under his belt. Dashiell has a composites background and played defining roles in product development and engineering at such companies as GT Bicycles, Shimano and Felt.

Sette has also hired Erick Bartoldus as its new marketing manager. Bartoldus grew up racing BMX and has worked for such companies as SBS, GT bicycles, Transworld Media, Answer Racing and Sixsixone. “Big E” as he is known, is no stranger to branding and marketing. In the 1990s, “Big E” was responsible for leading one of GT Bicycles strongest brands, Powerlite. Under his eye, Powerlite rose to one of the strongest brands in BMX. His direction also helped resurrect the popular motocross brands Answer Racing and Pro Taper.

The creative side of Sette will be led by Eric Clay. Originally from Northern California, Clay is a graduate of the Academy of Art, San Francisco with a degree in industrial design. An avid mountain biker and motocross/off-road rider, Clay has elevated the look of such companies as Motion Pro and Sixsixone/Valencia Sport Group, Clay is a super talented individual that is going to help give the Sette Brand a new high energy look.
