Rocky Mountain Hires Three

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (BRAIN)—Rocky Mountain Bicycles has hired three new employees at their Vancouver, British Columbia, headquarters.

Anja Kohler will be the company’s office coordinator and will be involved with Rocky Mountain’s marketing activities such as event and trade show planning. She comes to Rocky Mountain with degrees in international business and sports marketing from the University of Innsbruck. Most recently, she worked in marketing at Salomon’s office in Munich, Germany.

Lene Bradley, who worked for Rocky Mountain in international sales in from 1993 to 1999 and then from 2001 to 2007, is bringing her wealth of experience back to Rocky Mountain in the role of assistant sales manager. Bradley will be working closely with Rocky Mountain’s inside sales team, North American sales reps and international distributors.

Ken Perras has been hired as bicycle assistant product manager. Perras will work with product manager Alex Cogger and his main focus will be Rocky Mountain’s urban and pavement bikes. His hiring marks the shift of all of Rocky Mountain’s bicycle product management to its Vancouver office. He comes to Rocky Mountain with extensive retail and mechanical experience and is an avid freeride mountain biker.

Rocky Mountain’s director, Charles Russell said in regards to the new additions, “We always take our time to find the right people to bring into the team and we’re very happy to have found such great fits for the brand. It’s an exciting time for Rocky Mountain and these new additions will help us continue to fuel our growth.”
