UK Bike Brand Sabbath Hitting U.S.

Published April 5, 2010

LONDON, UK (BRAIN)—The full range from the young British bike brand, Sabbath Bicycles, will be available in the United States for the first time thanks to a distribution agreement with Pennsylvania-based EU Cycle Imports.

Sabbath has attracted a solid following since it was established in Cheshire, England, in 2006, for its range of titanium road and mountain bikes. The brand has developed significantly and the deal with EU Imports into the U.S. market follows growth into the Australian, French and New Zealand markets.

For 2010, Sabbath has launched three newly designed titanium models: the Silk Emperor, Silk Road Pro and Silk Road Alp. Meanwhile, their more conventional looking Silk Road, September and Mondays Child models will also be distributed by EU Imports.

Sabbath’s new top-of-the-line Silk Emperor (pictured) is sure to raise interest with its unusual tube formation and radical approach. It's only available with fully custom geometry and features the new titanium technology, with its distinctive one piece pierced toptube and wishbone seatstay design. What’s more is that it’s one of the very few titanium bikes to employ the new BB30 bottom bracket standard. The Silk Emperor will be completely custom and complete bike builds start from $4,699.

Sabbath offers a comprehensive range for all types of cyclists, with three titanium models starting at $1,699 for frame and fork, and $3,299 for full bike builds.

All other Sabbath titanium frames are available in custom sizing or one of five standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL), as well as three metal finishes and a range of graphic options.
