Re-signs Rebecca Rusch, Adds Brian Lopes, La Sweat Racing, and More
Salt Lake City, Utah (February 21, 2019) – As ASSOS sees continued growth and momentum in the North American market, the heritage cycling brand announces today the re-launch of its North American ambassador program. With a revamped and boosted roster for 2019, ASSOS is proud to re-sign Rebecca Rusch and assemble an impressive mix of road and mountain bike ambassadors - including Brian Lopes and Texas Roadhouse Cycling - that share in ASSOS’ mission of bringing dedicated riders together.
“As our brand accelerates in North America, we recognize the need to partner with high quality ambassadors who are deeply engaged in the sport that we share so much passion for,” said Eric Woods, sales and marketing director for ASSOS North America. “In continuing our relationship with Rebecca, bringing in a legend like Brian, and adding an avid cyclist like chef Chris Cosentino - who gives us exposure outside of our industry and helps merge another shared love for many of us: food - 2019 will be a big year for the brand’s engagement on all levels.”
ASSOS looks forward to working alongside its 2019 ambassadors to help them achieve their personal riding goals and continue to grow its community. From local advocates to international stars, ASSOS has brought together a diverse group of riders that help encourage participation in cycling and share the ASSOS story.
