March 21, 2024 – Waterbury, VT – Mavic, French manufacturer of innovative bicycle wheels and equipment, has continued to develop sales and support in North America, adding reps and scheduling key events.

While the Mavic Service Center is up and running out of Waterbury, Vermont and many of the new wheelsets are currently available, the company is working to add more popular products from their riding gear collection that are relevant and crafted for the US rider.

In addition, the company is continuing a steady rollout of reps to manage the growth of new retailers across the country. Reps have been added to California, Nevada, Pacific Northwest, Mountain States, Southwest, Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Florida. North American Sales & Marketing Manager Josh Saxe said, “We are very pleased to have some experienced and professional sales staff joining our team and we are continuing to work to add quality reps who are passionate about the brand.”

Mavic is also looking forward to several events this year, kicking off at the Sea Otter Classic in just a couple of weeks. Several Mavic athletes will compete at these events and Mavic will have their latest products on display. Saxe also added, “We are excited to be working with a wide array of riders across all disciplines and categories. Riders from our own backyard to a much larger national scene, but all involved at a grassroots level in their community. Butcherbox Cycling will be taking on the US criterium and road scene, representing the proud road heritage of the company. While riders like Meg Fisher, Mirna Velaro, Ariel Kent, and Ellen Noble will be tackling new frontiers of Gravel, and XC, Enduro, and Downhill. We’re excited to see them rolling!”
