TAIPEI, TAIWAN (BRAIN) — Outdoor Gear Canada has been named Tern's exclusive distributor in Canada, Tern announced Wednesday.

Tern's folding bicycles will join OGC's other bike lines: BMC, Intense, Linus and Opus. OGC is taking over Canadian distribution from Stile Products, Tern's U.S. subsidiary and distributor.

“We are very pleased to be working with Tern in Canada,” said Rob White, OGC’s vice-president of sales. “Tern has become an industry leader in a fast-growing category by putting together an extremely attractive and functional folding bike line-up.”

Based in Montreal, OGC has more than 120 employees and sales representatives and sells to approximately 750 bicycle retailers throughout Canada. OGC's  120,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility in Montreal is LEED certified. OGC also has a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and service center in Vancouver.

Tern bicycles are presently distributed in 59 countries.

Dealers in Canada interested in carrying Tern can contact Rob White at robw@ogc.ca.
