In Zwift case, Wahoo asks to redact information about trainer market and its financial condition.

ATLANTA (BRAIN) — Wahoo Fitness has reached a settlement with a Nevada inventor who sued the company in 2015 alleging that its Kickr trainer infringed on his patent. The inventor’s suit against Foundation Fitness (the owner of Stages Cycling) also is close to a settlement.

NEW YORK (BRAIN) — Emerald Holding, Inc. had revenues of $122.3 million for the first quarter of 2023, an increase of 24.2% over the same period last year. Net income was $7.1 million for the quarter, compared to $16.1 million for the first quarter of 2022.

CHICAGO (BRAIN) — The REI Co-op store employees here voted Thursday night to join the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU). It's the fourth REI location to join the union.

According to the RWDSU, 84% voted to unionize.

DENVER (BRAIN) — Capo Cycling Apparel has been acquired by industry veteran Zach Spinhirne-Martin from its founders, Robert Carbone and Gary Vasconi.

Capo, founded in 2004, is a U.S.-based brand that sells Italian-made apparel.
