Serotta Cycling Symposium Coming Up

Published December 9, 2007

DENVER, CO (BRAIN)—Serotta International Cycling Institute (SICI) has just announced the lineup for the 2nd Annual Cycling Science Symposium and Expo.

The event will be held from January 27-30, 2008 at the Denver Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center in Denver, CO, and will be bigger and better than last year's highly regarded gathering.

The 2nd Annual Cycling Science Symposium program is packed with presentations, demonstrations and hands-on learning opportunities. The presenters include some of the best cycling science and industry professionals studying the cycling movement today.

The speaker line-up is powerful with presentations by Andy
Pruitt, EdD., Maury Hull, PhD. and Conrad Earnest, PhD., among other notable and respected scientists and industry experts.

Attendees at the 2nd Annual Cycling Science Symposium have their choice of breakout tracts. There are three areas of emphasis; retail, coaching, and clinical sessions available. Each tract has programming specific to their area
of expertise.

The Expo will be open throughout the Symposium, so there will be plenty of time to see the latest in cycling technology, gear and nutrition. Not only are attendees guaranteed a valuable educational experience, they will
really have a great time networking with each other and meeting other professionals from the cycling community.

“We are excited to offer this kind of educational opportunity to the cycling community,” said Ray Browning, PhD., director of SICI. “Our goals are to provide a premium educational event and to bring this diverse group of people
together in the same room, opening up communication that typically is not prevalent among the cycling community. What we noticed last year was people networking, scientists and retailers sketching out designs and discussing the
future of cycling science together, as well as coaches and scientists sharing ideas about improving athletic performance.”

The 2nd Annual Cycling Science Symposium and Expo registration is now open. SICI encourages people to go to the SICI website, view the program, lecture summaries and register for this excellent educational and networking opportunity.
