Bausch joins Hi-Torque as advertising manager

VALENCIA, VA (BRAIN) — Hi-Torque Publications has hired Kirk “KB” Bausch as advertising manager for all eight Hi-Torque titles, including its titles in the cycling and motorcycle fields.

Bausch was most recently with LaPierre North America, where he was director of sales and marketing. Bausch has held positions as sales director, design consultant and athlete agent and management for brands including Oakley, Smith, Spy, Monster Energy and Lava magazine. He’s also an accomplished cyclist who holds several masters road and time trial titles.

“I’m really looking forward to being part of the HTP team," Bausch said. "I’ve always respected the HTP group and each of the magazines produced. I love working with brands and helping them develop stronger campaigns, creative marketing ideas and partnerships. I believe there are a lot of untapped opportunities out there, and I plan to help accomplish all the goals they have set forth.”

Hi-Torque titles include BMX PLUS!, Mountain Bike Action, Road Bike Action, Dirt Bike, Motocross Action, Dirt Wheels, ATV UTV Action and, coming this fall, Electric Bike Action.
