SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. (BRAIN)— August 19, 2014 — BRG Sports, Inc. has promoted long-time employee Dan Arment to executive vice president of BRG Sports. Arment also has been named president of Bell Cycling Products. Jessica Klodnicki will continue in her role as executive vice president and general manager of Bell and Blackburn, and will report directly to Arment.

Arment also assumed a position on the BRG Sports Board of Directors and will continue to serve as president of Riddell Sports.

“Dan is a valued member of our executive team and has demonstrated leadership with his regular achievement of financial objectives and through his contributions to key initiatives for our company,” said BRG Sports executive chairman and CEO Terry Lee. “His expertise with the consumer channel, proven track record, and ability to navigate challenging industry and market environments, all position Dan well for success in his expanded role.”

Arment joined Bell Sport as the sales leader for Bell’s consumer retail division nearly fourteen years ago and shortly after was promoted to general manager. In 2008, Arment transitioned from the cycling industry back to his football roots and became president of Riddell.
