NBDA Webinar with Jay Townley is Today

COSTA MESA, CA (BRAIN)—All NBDA members are invited to attend a free webinar entitled "Making Your Store The Brand" today at 11 a.m. (PST). The presenter will be Jay Townley (pictured). The webinar will be 60-minutes long, and it will include a Q&A session.

Townley will talk about the importance of branding in the bicycle retail trade and discuss strategies for establishing and building an effective community-focused brand. Townley will give examples of what good retail branding looks like, as well as analyze the real benefits of and what you can do to establish or enhance your local brand.

Questions Townley will address: What is good branding? Why is it important? How can you go about establishing or building an effective local bike store brand? Have you done enough branding to stand on your own? Does your brand reflect what really good at?
