State Bicycle Co. opens concept shop in Arizona

TEMPE, Ariz. (BRAIN) — State Bicycle Co. has opened a new concept store, State Rideshop. The full-service bike, skateboard and repair shop is located in the company's hometown of Tempe, Arizona, outside of Phoenix.

State Rideshop will sell custom skateboards and bicycles along with beach cruisers, long boards and apparel. The shop also offers a "BYOB: Build Your Own Bike or Board" package allowing consumers to mix-and-match more than 10 different colors, patterns, and styles to create custom bicycles and short boards.

In addition to State Bicycle Co. bikes, the shop also carries such brands as Huntington Beach Bicycle Company cruisers, Arbor Collective, Landyacthz, State48 and Oakley.

"The wide variety of State Rideshop's products offer a commuting and lifestyle solution for everyone," said Mehdi Farsi, co-founder of State Rideshop. "From on-campus commuting to long-distance commuting and products for more experienced riders, State Rideshop's team helps shoppers build and find the right product for them, which previously didn't exist in the marketplace."
