Bosch and QBP join forces to enhance eBike service for U.S. bike retailers

Irvine, Calif. – Starting March 11th, Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) will become Bosch eBike Systems' official Service Partner for the U.S.. In this role, QPB will handle spare parts sales and distribution along with training registration for retailers selling eBikes epowered by Bosch.

With QBP's four U.S. distribution centers, world-class logistic operations, and convenient online store, eBike retailers can expect quicker turnaround and improved customer service when facing spare parts needs. Fast turnaround is especially important in the eBike segment since more and more end-consumers rely on their electric bike for daily transportation.

QBP is a trusted source of hundreds of compelling brands for more than 5,000 independent bicycle retailers in North America. For more than 35 years QBP has strived to grow the sport and business of bicycling in partnership with its retailers and innovative brands like Bosch.

Bosch will notify existing retailers and manufacturers on what steps they need to take to ensure a smooth transition. While the Bosch eBike Service Hotline number and email (1-844-723-2453 and service@bosch-ebike.us) remain the same, the webshop for ordering spare parts (https://online2.qbp.com/qbponlinestorefront/), currently operated by Magura USA, will transition to QPB effective March 11th.

Additionally, Bosch will be expanding its technical support hotline capabilities by moving it in-house, increasing hours of operation, and adding a second level for advanced support cases.

Magura USA, Bosch's official U.S. Service Partner since 2014 through service parts sales, warranty, and hotline management, will transition out of this role starting March 11th, and will continue serving as the official distributor of Magura and Lightweight products.
