Fazua announces own Service partnership for Switzerland

From now on, a fast and smooth supply of spare parts and warranty processing for all Fazua products can be guaranteed in Switzerland. With Ampere Plus, Fazua has gained an experienced and well-known service partner whose outstanding work has built up a great deal of trust of Swiss dealers.

The Fazua service telephone hotline and e-mail traffic will continue to be controlled from the headquarter in Ottobrunn, Germany. From now on, logistics will be handled by Ampere Plus based in Staffelbach, Central Switzerland. In addition to supplying spare parts, Ampere Plus is also responsible for the diagnosis of defective parts.

Ampere Plus managing director Adrian Kälin comments: "Right from the start we were convinced by Fazua's drive system. The Fazua team is professional, friendly and on the move with a lot of momentum. Together with Fazua, it is our goal to guarantee a smooth and prompt processing in Switzerland."

Ampere Plus is Fazua's first external service partner. Further service partnerships for the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand will be made public in the upcoming weeks.
