Due to the uncertainty around COVID-19, and risk around gathering in large groups and traveling, QBP is moving its upcoming events online.

"We're excited about this opportunity to reach more retailers through an online format and we look forward to producing the same high-quality events retailers expect," said events manager, Meghan Gess.

U of Q Frostbike Business Summit Goes Digital in 2021
Quality Bicycle Products' 2021 U of Q Frostbike Business Summit and U of Q Service Summit events will take place online.

Frostbike Business Summit will take place February 17¬–19, 2021. The event will feature a full-day virtual expo with networking opportunities on Wednesday, February 17, followed by two days of online seminars on Thursday and Friday.

Registration will open for exhibitors in September and for retailers in November. This event is open to all retailers and remains free to attend. Exhibitors will pay a booth fee to participate.

U of Q Service Summit Will Include Live and On-Demand Learning
Despite switching formats, the purpose of the event remains the same—retailers will learn from industry experts and leave with strategies and tools they can implement right away to help service departments reach their full potential.

The event will take place November 9–25, 2020 and include a combination of live and on-demand sessions. The on-demand sessions can be viewed at any time within the date range.

Registration will open September 1 for retailers and will have a reduced cost of $299/person.
