In the event of a claim, a licensed claims administrator will identify the customer's origin and kindly recommend returning to The New Wheel for a written estimate for repair or replacement. BikeInsure has many bike shop partnerships nationwide that have successfully processed hundreds of thousands of dollars in bike insurance claims for repairs and replacements."
