Hutchinson expands distribution into the US and Canada

Partners include Backcountry, Bicycle Technologies International (BTI), TRAFFIC DISTRIBUTION USA INC and SENDIT Gear

20th August, Paris, France: French tyre pioneer, Hutchinson, has expanded its distribution network into North America through four new distribution partnerships, bringing its full range of road, gravel, MTB and cargo tyres to the US market.

Growing in North America marks a significant milestone for the French tyre manufacturer. With over 130 years of industry expertise, Hutchinson's new partnerships with Backcountry, Bicycle Technologies International (BTI), TRAFFIC DISTRIBUTION USA and SENDIT Gear will provide access to its world class range for cyclists across the US and Canada.

Hutchinson's curated distribution strategy ensures availability across North America. Backcountry will serve cyclists through their online shop nationwide with Road, Gravel and MTB tyres. Regional distribution has been divided; Bicycle Technologies International (BTI) will supply MTB and gravel products predominantly across the Western states, while TRAFFIC DISTRIBUTION USA INC, a new subsidiary of TRAFFIC GmbH, will manage Eastern state distribution with access to the entire Hutchinson range.

For Canadian cyclists, distribution will be handled by SENDIT Gear. This newly established partnership brings Hutchinson's full range, including City bike tyres, directly to Canada.

Luc Herbert "Partnering with trusted distributors across the US and Canada is a big step forward for Hutchinson. Demand for our premium tyres is growing and we're really excited for this next chapter as we serve riders across the continent."
