CAPE TOWN, South Africa (BRAIN) — Leatt Corporation, a protective gear maker for mountain bikers and motorcyclists, saw record revenues and earnings in its fourth quarter and for its full-year 2020.

MONTRÉAL (BRAIN) — Dorel Sports recorded a 14% sales increase in its fourth fiscal quarter and a 15% increase for its full fiscal year, which ended Dec. 30. Dorel Sports is the division of Dorel Industries that holds its bike brands, including Cannondale, Schwinn, GT and others.

PITTSBURGH (BRAIN) — Dick's Sporting Goods reported fourth-quarter net sales increased 19.8% year-over-year, driven by e-commerce and consolidated same store sales. For the year, net sales grew 9.5% over 2019.

HEERENVEEN, Netherlands (BRAIN) — Accell Group NV announced Friday that its 2020 sales were up 17% over the year before, thanks to a fast recovery following the European COVID-19 lockdowns early last year.

BRASELTON, Ga. (BRAIN) — Fox Factory’s bicycle-related business was up 22.4% last year, totaling $367 million.
And Fox's CEO said he's optimistic that demand for bikes — especially those with Fox suspension — will remain strong for the rest of 2021 and beyond.

BOA's full-year net revenue, including pre-acquisition revenue, was $106 million.

OLATHE, Kan. (BRAIN) — Garmin Ltd.’s growth was partly led by gains in the fitness segment, which includes cycling products.

STOCKHOLM (BRAIN) — MIPS’ fourth-quarter net sales increased 60% year-over-year with demand for bicycle helmets continuing in lockstep with the demand for bikes during the COVID-19 pandemic.

STOCKHOLM (BRAIN) — Thule Group’s net sales for the fourth quarter increased 33% year-over-year, helping the sport and cargo carrier manufacturer see an 11% net sales gain for 2020.

TOKYO (BRAIN) — After a rocky start, Shimano managed a 2.7% increase in revenues last year in its bike division, and an 18% increase in operating income in its bike business.

SAN MATEO, Calif. (BRAIN) — GoPro Inc. revenue for the fourth quarter dropped 32% year-over-year, closing a pandemic-stricken 2020 in which it experienced a 25% overall decline in revenue.

ANOKA, Minn. (BRAIN) — Bell and Giro's parent company is reporting that revenues in its division that includes those brands saw a sales increase of 18% in its third quarter, which ended Dec. 27.
