WATERLOO, Wis. (BRAIN) — Trek Bicycle has unveiled a custom paint scheme that highlights the personality and talents of Trek-Segafredo star, John Degenkolb. The company has also announced a new model, the Domane SLR Race Shop Limited Disc, which features the company's Pro Endurance geometry, which has a longer, lower position than Trek's Endurance geometry.
Degenkolb will race his custom Domane SLR throughout the Spring Classics, the German's specialty. The paint scheme pays tribute his passion for classic café racer motorcycles. Conceptualized by Trek graphic designer Micah Moran, the design takes cues from Degenkolb's own custom motorcycles.
The John Degenkolb Café Racer Domane is available now through Trek's Project One custom shop. The paint scheme is available on the Domane SLR and SLR Disc platforms, in addition to the Domane SLR Race Shop Limited and the new Domane SLR Race Shop Limited Disc.
