Scott USA Launches B2B Web Site

SUN VALLEY, ID (BRAIN)—Scott USA recently launched its new business to business Web site.

The site has been under development between Scott USA and SAP, the company’s primary database software provider.

“We are very excited to offer this enhanced service to our 500-plus dealers in the U.S. Our online site allows dealers to check availability during weekends or after hours and place orders directly, check open invoices, and shipments from the company 24/7,” said Scott Montgomery, general manager and vice president of Scott USA.

“The site is up and running and the information it provides to dealers and reps is very useful,” said Val Lewis, Scott’s systems specialist. “We will continue to improve and enhance the graphics and functionality in the coming weeks.”

In September, the company also instituted a B2Rep site, which has enabled the entire Scott USA sales force systems to be online. This improves Scott's communications and enables the sales staff to give real time updates to all their dealer accounts for product availability, open orders, open invoices and other general information.

“We continue to make capital investments in the U.S. to ensure our dealers get A-brand level service, support and infrastructure,” said Montgomery. “We are totally committed to providing the best products and the best service to our dealers in America.”
