VALENCIA, CA (BRAIN)—Valencia Sport Group, parent company of SixSixOne, Sunline and Royal brands has restructured and recapitalized, partnering with L.A. based equity firm Triple 7 Group.
Most all of the original shareholders are continuing on with the company, according to Valencia's president and original founder Eddie Cole, who will stay on board as president.
"This gives Valencia Sport Group additional working capital and resources to continue its double digit growth," Cole said. "More working capital allows us three things. Invest in more of the right inventory at the right time of the year to increase our sales. Invest in new products. Acquire additional strategic brands to complement the brands we already have."
