For the last three years, the Interbike Media Center has been the premier background for more than 120 interviews with industry heavyweights and celebrities. Twelve hours of live interview footage each day was broadcast to attendees and exhibitors on the show floor and streamed live on Interbike.com and Cycling.tv.

"Each year, the media does a great job of covering the show and bringing attention to exhibitors and their products," said Andy Tompkins, Interbike's show director. "This year, we are expecting close to 500 working media to attend and cover the show. The Media Center was developed to make their job easier and to provide a venue for more exhibitor exposure."

Online cycling broadcaster Cycling.tv will again be the Official Media Center Technology Partner, providing the necessary equipment and technical experience for the television studio and producing their own daily live program. Cycling.tv will also help Interbike produce its own daily interview show, Good Morning Interbike, hosted by Richard Fries at 8:30 each morning.

The Interbike Media Center also includes a working newsroom with desks, terminals and Internet access for journalists to file stories and/or work on the show floor.

The Interbike Media Center, sponsored by Sportgenic, will be located on the main floor of the Sands Expo and Convention Center in booth #5375 and is for the use of credentialed members of the media, and their guests, during the three indoor exhibition days of Interbike.

Interbike exhibitors interested in advertising or running pre-recorded video segments on the Interbike video feed network between news shows should contact Interbike Sales Manager, Andria Klinger at andria.klinger@nielsen.com.
