3point.5.com Changing its Name

Published July 15, 2009

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (BRAIN)—3point5, Inc., the parent of 3point5.com (the online campus for retail sales people) is changing its name to SwarmBuilder, Inc. and launching a new corporate site, SwarmBuilder.com.

So what’s in a name change? A lot, according to SwarmBuilder chief executive officer, Duncan Robins. “We want to emphasize the broader word-of-mouth marketing expertise and value we bring brands, retailers and member organizations. Yes, we have trained over 150,000 sales people and delivered more than 5,000,000 Edu-Games. But we also attract, validate and aggregate other important sales influencers. And we build, engage and equip large armies of brand advocates that spread important marketing messages about their favorite brands, retailers and member organizations.”

The company will also be launching a new site, Promotive.com, replacing BroForm.com. This new site will provide a more comprehensive platform that supports training, Pro and VIP purchase programs, improving communication between sales influencers, brands, retailers and member organizations while allowing access to only valid members.

In addition, 3point5.com will get its latest face lift. The updated site will offer improved functionality while continuing to serve as an important training and employee purchase platform for leading Retailers and Brands in Sporting Goods and related consumer product industries.
