Growth Cycle, 3point5 Partner for Training

Published September 14, 2010

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN)—Retail training leaders Growth Cycle of Boulder, Colorado, and 3point5.com have partnered up, providing high quality staff training services to the bicycle industry in 2011.

3point5.com will license the Selling Cycling 2011 content created by the Growth Cycle/NBDA partnership. Retailers who purchase the Selling Cycling content access from the NBDA will be able to access it at the same time they do product training on the 3point5 site.

“This is a great alliance for all concerned,” said Dan Thornton of Free-Flite Bicycles in Atlanta and an NBDA Board member. “As a retailer, we’re glad to see access to the best possible content in as many places as possible.”

“Partnering with Growth Cycle brings together two bike industry leaders,” said Dave Stockham of 3point5.com. “It will result in a truly comprehensive training product that covers everything from technical brand specifics to qualifying customers.”

Growth Cycle president Ray Keener is also enthused about the partnership. “This is an evolution that’s great for both suppliers and retailers. We’re focusing on the sales and customer service training, while 3point5 has better tools for suppliers to deliver product-specific training.”
