SANTA MONICA, CA (BRAIN)—Santa Monica, California is working on creating a Bike Master Plan.
“We had a bike plan 15 years ago (that was not implemented),” Commissioner Ted Winterer said to The LookOut News. “I don’t like that Long Beach is the most bike friendly city in the stat. I want (Santa Monica) to be the most bike friendly city in the state. I think there is some momentum on this issue.”
