CrossVegas hires Ellen Butler as sales and marketing consultant

BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — Clif Bar CrossVegas has retained Ellen Butler to manage sales and marketing efforts as the event prepares for its eight edition, Sept. 10.

Butler has worked in retail stores and served as the marketing director at CatEye and is currently working in advertising sales with Rotating Mass Media.

"Bringing Ellen on board is closely aligned with CrossVegas's continued organic growth," said Brook Watts, CrossVegas' race director. "I'm eager to see Ellen create custom tailored packages and match up brands with some of the unique opportunities CrossVegas offers. She brings a wealth of experience to this newly created role and a ton of contacts both in and outside of the cycling industry."

Butler will focus on selling sponsorships ranging from VIP hospitality packages to special opportunities including women's race sponsor and men's race sponsor. In addition she will be looking for partners for some of the branded course features at CrossVegas.
