Former Dorel HR chief joins consulting firm

RIVERSIDE, Conn. (BRAIN) — Tom Osgood, the former senior vice president and global chief human resources officer at Dorel Industries, has joined K. Russo Consulting, where he will launch a new human resources advisory practice. 

"Tom has a unique mix of human resources expertise and business knowledge across a diverse range of industries and geographies that sets him apart as a global human resources executive," said Karen Russo, the president of K. Russo Consulting. "Tom knows the importance of taking strategic risks and leveraging HR to drive the needs of the business in today's war for global talent. Prior to joining Dorel, Osgood held senior human resources roles for companies including JP Morgan, Shearson Lehman Brothers,Booz Allen, Schering-Plough, Avon Products and Cannondale, which is now owned by Dorel.
