Zeitbike hires Ray Donovan as sales rep in New England

Published May 20, 2016

VENTURA, Calif. (BRAIN) — Zeitbikes has hired 3 Red Bikes, owned by Ray Donovan, as its sales reps for New England.

Donovan, based in Kennebunkport, Maine, said, "Zeitbike will be a fantastic addition to my portfolio of eclectic brands, such as Nutcase helmets, Arundel, Yuba, Ohm, and Biria Bicycles, Kettle Cove, and Peterboro baskets. Zeitbike's business model and exclusive offerings is not the typical distributor that everyone is familiar with in the industry. Zeitbike is cool and exciting, and its brands are so unique that my IBD customers will be excited all over again."

Zeitbike owner Fritz Bohl said, "Ray came recommended to me, and I loved his spirit and energy. He wasn't afraid to touch the unique, the different, and the higher quality items we are bringing to dealers to add value. He also clearly understood the new concept we are bringing to the IBDs to increase protection, margin, lifestyle, etc. to the new generation IBDs, which in fact, everyone desperately needs. So, we are really happy to have Ray on board to represent all of our 12 brands to the dealers in New England."

Donovan officially started with Zeitbike on Friday.
