YooxArmor kids helmets recalled for violating helmet standards

Published September 18, 2025

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — YooxArmor is recalling about 1,780 multi-purpose kids' helmets sold on Amazon because they violate mandatory impact standards, positional stability, labeling, and certification requirements.

No incidents nor injuries have been reported. The helmets, manufactured in China, were sold in size small, pink with a unicorn, rainbow, and star design, with black padding, black straps, a black and red buckle, and a black chin pad. "YooxArmor" is printed on the back of the helmet.

Consumers should immediately stop using the helmets and contact YooxArmor for a refund. Consumers should also cut the helmet straps and upload photos to service@yooxarmor.com to obtain the refund.

The helmets were sold from October 2024 through July 2025 for about $30.
