MerchantOS gets enhanced analytics

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (BRAIN) — After months of testing at independent bike dealers, MerchantOS has released a new point-of-sale add-on in partnership with analytics provider Swarm to give retailers a more detailed picture of what’s happening in their stores.

Shops using MerchantOS will now be able to measure customer foot traffic, conversion rates, dwell time, gross revenue, items per transaction, and more. The data can be accessed from any device at any time.
