Jenson USA to celebrate 10th anniversary of brick-and-mortar operation

Published October 30, 2013

RIVERSIDE, CA (BRAIN) — Jenson USA will celebrate the tenth anniversary of its first brick-and-mortar store this Saturday. The festivities are scheduled to take place at the company’s superstore in Corona, California.

Michael Cachat, founder and CEO of Jenson USA, said: “It was the first weekend in November 2003 when we opened a 2,000-square-foot retail store inside our then-corporate headquarters in Ontario, California.  It wasn’t long, however, until we outgrew that space and made the decision to secure a 6,000-square-foot storefront visible to the much-traveled 91 Riverside Freeway in Corona. That location also afforded us easy access to the Santa Ana River Trail, which is a popular destination for thousands of Southern California cyclists year-round.”

The celebration will include discounts on all prior model year bikes. Giant bike demos will be available from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Carbon Canyon Regional Park entrance on Carbon Canyon Road in Brea, California. Test riders will have direct access to 65 miles of trails in Chino Hills State Park, which is adjacent to Carbon Canyon.

Jenson USA is an online retailer with two brick-and-mortar locations in Southern California. The company sells bikes from Giant, Yeti, Jamis, GT, Rocky Mountain and others, and stocks a complete inventory of parts and accessories.
