SAN MATEO, Calif. (BRAIN) — Shares of GoPro Inc. tumbled 17 percent in after-hours trading Wednesday after the action camera maker reported third-quarter earnings that fell short of analyst expectations due largely to weak sales of its compact, lightweight HERO4 Session camera, introduced during the second quarter.

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (BRAIN) — Spanish helmet brand Catlike has hired Sean Kneale as its North American brand manager, effective Nov. 1.

“With over 15 years of experience as an outside rep, Sean will use that knowledge to build the Catlike brand in North America,” the company said in a statement.

The recall is for trailers with a plastic — not aluminum —receiver.

WASHINGTON (BRAIN) — Burley Design is working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commision and Canadian authorities to voluntarily recall some bike child trailers where the tow bar can separate from its receiver on the trailer.

NEWBURY PARK, Calif. (BRAIN) — Elysa Walk is leaving Giant Bicycle, where she has worked for 11 years and been general manager for seven years, to take a position at Burton Snowboards in Vermont next month.

Walk announced the decision to Giant retailers in a letter emailed Tuesday.
