NITEROI, Brazil (BRAIN)—3A Distribuidora has signed an agreement to distribute Bikeparts for Bikers by Bikers (BBB) in Brazil.

The Holland-based BBB was established 11 years ago to provide value on bicycle parts and accessories. The brand is now being distributed in more than 35 countries.

LAGUNA HILLS, CA (BRAIN)—Sportiva Importare USA has reached a long term distribution agreement with the Italian bike brand Viner.

Viner bikes was established in 1947. Since then the company has been hand producing a range of high level frames in its factory in Pistoia, Tuscany.

BLOOMINGTON, MN (BRAIN)—QBP is donating $10,000 to the Ogden Bicycle Collective, a nonprofit organization that promotes bicycles for transportation and recreation.

QBP, which is opening a new distribution center in Ogden, Utah in Spring 2010, has a long record of advocating for bike-related causes.
