SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. (BRAIN) — Easton-Bell Sports has extended its exclusive European distribution agreement with Shimano Europe for all EBS brands: Giro, Bell, Blackburn and Easton Cycling.

The companies agreed to extend the agreement for an additional three years from the expiration of their current agreement on June 30. The agreement covers the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Poland.

In France, Easton-Bell Sports will be represented by Royal Velo France beginning July 1.

The agreement does not include footwear, softgoods or apparel, which will be covered by alternative distribution in those countries.

"We are very pleased to count the Shimano sales offices as one of our key partners in establishing and growing the presence of the EBS brands in the European marketplace," said Easton-Bell Sports' senior vice president of global sales, Bernie Doering.
