(Lexington, SC and Lévis, QC) —  HLC’s new Smart Search experience, powered by artificial intelligence, is now live on their website.

Retailers will immediately notice an improved user experience that returns relevant results based on a multitude of criteria.  These data points — such like shop location, time of year, sales history, and more — refresh daily to ensure dealers find the products that make sense for their business.

“We invested a lot of time and resources into this project because we want our retailers to have the best experience possible when they visit HLC.bike,” said Derrick Boatwright, HLC’s Director of Commercial Innovation. “A shop in the Denver is likely  looking for a different tire than a shop in Miami; so, we started this project with that basic understanding in mind and the end result is arguably the most advanced search tool in the industry.”

Added HLC’s President, Pat McGinnis: “I can’t wait for dealers to use what our team has been hard at work creating for more than a year now.  While the interface may seem simple, the engine that drives this is what excites us most.  It is merely the foundation for even more exciting developments in the making.”
