“Since July, we’ve entered a new chapter with distribution,” says Max Commencal. “We’re clearly coming back to bike shops. Everything is evolving, and now’s the time to reconcile shops with online sales. It’s obvious that we need to combine the power of online sales with the expertise and service of traditional shops. Riders will be able to choose how they buy: in Commencal showrooms, online as we’ve done for 15 years, or online with delivery to a local shop (‘click and collect’). In all three cases, the price will be the same. Europe already has over 70 accounts; North America is just starting and getting ready for spring 2026.”
To support this growing program, Commencal has launched a dedicated North America B2B team to assist shops with direct communication, onboarding support, and technical resources. Its three offices and warehouses located in Menifee, CA; Golden, CO; and Squamish, BC already offer the logistical strength and efficiency needed to serve the North American market.
The upcoming year brings a selection of new models for Commencal, including the anticipated Meta Power SX Avinox and multiple new platforms arriving in summer 2026.
Commencal will be present at the 2026 Sea Otter Classic, where retailers can meet the B2B team, see the full range of bikes, and get a first look at upcoming models.
