BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — The first winner of the Bell Built grant program for 2014 has been selected. The Ft. Tuthill Bike Park in Flagstaff, Ariz., will be one of three winning projects that will split the $100,000 in trail-building grants distributed by Bell Helmets.
