Hollywood Racks -Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles (in office). This role requires a passion for cycling or outdoor gear and strong customer service skills. You will be the one of the first points of contact for customers, answering technical questions related to our bike racks, vehicles, and bicycles. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and a background in cycling or outdoor-related products.
